If you look up Brian Johnston's track record in the mining world then you will hopefully gain some confidence in his ability to deliver.
As for whether they can deliver on their promises or not - time will tell. Comments made at the AGM would suggest that things are improving and now they at least have a profitable base to work off of - at the EBIT level at least. Rome wasn't built in a day in the same way that the fine tuning on the plant will take time as well.
