All I can say is that this is some of the oddest trading action I have ever seen.
I had a look at the action a bit earlier this morning, was pleased with what I sw, and expected to come back to it in an hour or so and see 13 cents or higher. Selling was drying up and there was that large buy volume sitting at 12 cents.
I come back later - and I see that some seller has capitulated and dumped over 600,000 shares to our buyer at 12 cents.
Why on earth someone who WANTED to sell would wait this long to do it, risking getting caught in a pre-open, then only to sell at rock bottom, is a complete mystery to me.
Irrational? Nuts is more like it. Impenetrable logic.
But, truth be told, although I too get swept up in the moment on days like these, ultimately these trades aren't really significant.
The only thing that really matters, for good fortune or ill, is yet to come.
