What Tanzania is doing is thinking of doing is imposing a higher state royalty on mining companies. It is not anything like what is happening in the Congo. They want the Western investment, but would like to take e.g. 5% instead of 3% of the pie. That is a long way from expropriating the whole thing.
Besides which, as we know GDM has what I think is a very good project in South Australia, amongst all the rest ...
