    cant be another change in top 20....no reason for a halt.

    cant think what it could be, big fluffy rabbit

    If good we wont get any sell down on issue (easy quick profit). if we see things go well and have heads at 15 odd then these new opps will be seriously in the cash and ctpoa should start to pick itself up aswell
