I’m panicked as well and I sold out part 50% of my parcel loosing money. I still believe on my fundamental analysis, I see what you might think about the AFG neighbour, and you’re right, but I’m including that scenario in my analysis by expecting impairments of up to $1b, even if it goes up to $1.5b the NTA remains over $2. The real issue here is that there is lack of transparency, but probably the banks wouldn’t have lent any money if that wasn’t the case. I hope I’m right and I’m putting my money where my mouth is. So far, I have been wrong but I believe is time to rely in some fundamentals.
