The dividend (at 28 cents per share) yield at the market price of $5.00 is 5.6%. When grossed up with franking credit (fully franked) it is 8.0%.
SMSF will be queuing up for this as their tax rate is 15%. They will therefore be getting tax refunds from the taxman of 50% of the amount of the franking credit (if shares are held for more than 45 days excluding day of purchase and day of sale).
