Twigman I assume it means that for every 20 shares u hold before ex-rights date, u will get to purchase 1 share for 7.5 cents. The announcement said they "have the intention" to raise another $2m by a non-renounceable rights issue...so I guess it's not fully decided yet. Would be nice to have some clarity about that and the exact terms.

I look forward to grabbing some more cheap ones if the price hangs around these levels a bit longer

I haven't had a chance to listen to GC, anyone care to share more details about the 3M collaboration?
