I don't understand why they didn't raise more money last year with the capital raising? If it is expected that delays occur with clinic trial timeframes, why wouldn't they raise enough money to at least last a year and ensure that interim results for at least 1 trial were released before having to raise again? It's just so disappointing that dilution at this level is going to occur when very soon positive results could be released that would drive the price much higher.
Hopefully it's a rights issue with minimal dilution, only raising what is necessary to get some results through, and with a quick ex-date cut off. Been through a crappy raising not long ago so I just hope they do the right thing by us. We have quality management so I have confidence they will.
