tJ, they should have raised more in hindsight. the mid 2013 was very kind to existing holders.
how can they raise just enough for one quarter ($1.5m) given the plans on foot? They need to raise more than $6 million for this year I guess-timate. The max limit they can raise is circa $8m.
i'm guessing they will aim for $4 to $6 million. Say $5m if i was to lay a bet.
