yeah thats great but you have to remember the takeover is conditional sooooo.... if GRY don't take over SHX because conditions are not met and there is no other offer on the table.... in the mean time the isto, suffercats get rid of their .15c shares for a premium while the takeover bid is in effect.... share price goes down etc etc yada yada i think you get my drift now.... this deal is not over the line yet and remember the .15c issue was ment for exploration/drilling cost's :)
