Great that we got the money at a premium to current share price, but at a 12 million cash premium, and a dilution factor in excess of 15% it has certainly cost us a bomb. pretty much a zero risk equation for Mr Bogolyubov. For all those touting the likely hood of China coming in and making a "face saving bid", I think you've miss understood something. They already have the rights to the iron ore through the $40 million investment by Noble. They don't need to put any more in to get the rights to our product, and if it is debt funded as seems to be the current game plan, they don't need to invest any more.
Anyway just my thoughts.
