for those saying that dilution is a real problem, think about this;
the company involved is run by people with some degree of intelligence, hence it can be assumed that:
1) they see the share price they are paying as good value, ie the share price should go north of this figure at some time in the future
2) they see the overall company as good value
3) if they profit, so will we
