SDL's project is not only digging out and sell the iron ore. This infrastructure is very important for both countries and also for surrounding iron ore projects. Now the big fish are start throwing the cash and taking the slices. Without the confidence, and they think this project is never viable then we will not see even 1 c injecting. All the directions are pointing that SDL will complete the deal mid by 2015. Why some people are still thinking this project is never happened.. Its worth only $ 300 mils. These big guys are paying billions of dollars even only half size of SDL's deposit and higher capex project.
