In the recent Qtr Report:

.....Sundance is currently in multiple, advanced negotiations with strategic and financial investors to raise sufficient working capital to enable the Company to continue its current activities and reach financial close on debt and project equity funding in 2015....

So what happens to the other strategic/financial investors?  Is China one of them?  Is she excluded again?
