As it is currently unfunded after years of trying I unfortunately believe what the market values it at is it's value. Once other pieces fall into place that may change, all holders hope it does including me.

Look around the world, there are white elephants everywhere. I read yesterday that a 2 year old multibillion dollar casino had closed in the US and is now empty. There are recently built empty cities in China that are effectively ghost cities. Just because vast amounts of money are spent doesn't mean all will end well.

In respect to SDL, I believe there will be a bright future due to the points you have made, yet we also have to deal with what currently is the situation.

No matter what, I have learnt HOPE is not a good investment tool.
