    i like NEN and OEL. for me they have more cash ($20m+ and $38m respectively) and lower market caps. I value strong cash positions highly in investing in spec companies and they can tolerate more market shocks and credit squeeze issues. Both looking very prospective but both still have 12 months hard yards to demonstrate their worth. my views, I am not trying to win an argument. best of luck
