what? MAD is barely speculative company its a producing company for starters. there is no "speculation" on current acreage that is being assigned reserves by independant studies, as there are already producing fields. the question isnt "are they going to find oil", but "how MUCH oil" will they find. Also you can enjoy high cash positions of companies but without any cash producing / revenue it will all be used eventually
