Good morning, I was curious about your Hotcopper post where you posted - so putting the maximum deductible amount into my fund seems sensible - and should save a heap of tax, I'm not too certain as to what you mean about a "maximum deductible amount", I didn't think there was a limit to contributions.
I run my own SMSF (DIY) fund, and just keep topping it up along with the increases from my investments from within the SMSF, I'm over 55 years old.
Maybe I'm reading you wrong.
