The urgency I feel is that they don;t want the program to commence. Once we start proving up everything then our price goes up. Simple as that.

Also to do takeovers takes time with Bidders statements and replies from ITC etc etc so there is alot to play out. Its the only real reason I can think of for the aggression in the buying in a market going south. If the market had been at least stable we may well be alot higher already.

The other is that if they cross the 5% barrier they then expose themselves and then the amount of loose stock you would expect may dry up after we know who it is and the market decides what may or may not happen.
