    I also agree with you but only "IF" there is a conversion trigger. If that is the case, then as the BBI price goes lower, the attractiveness and leverage of BEPPA increases dramatically.
    If BBI hits 5c, BEPPA holders would get roughly 20 BBI shares for every BEPPA share. If BBI hits 1c, BEPPA holders get roughly 100 BBI shares.
