I bought this at $1.085 as a short-term trade on the assumption that Commander would lift the bid to $1.20. That this would be done was a 95% sure thing in my book with the initial offer basically being to sound out what would be acceptable to larger shareholders.
Although still a short-term trade for me, with this annoucement I'm now wondering if Commander will need to lift their bid over $1.20 - or even if other tempted parties hand will be forced.
Either way, looking good.
