"Independent experts reports" are not worth the paper they are written on.
They can value the share price at whatever they like, but that does not alter the fact that anything is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.
Hands up anyone that has ever seen an "Independent experts report" that has every valued a takeover target at anyhting others than substanitally abover the takeover offer???
