    I can't stop wondering if Keybridge and others, would have had something to do with this.

    It seems to me that it came out all of a sudden and totally unexpected too. Especially when we have a vote coming up.

    And it all depends, (if I can read that part well), as to whether or not Keybridge and others will actually support the finalisation of the deal put forward by our Board of Directors...............or not.
