Hey cjames, seems like something in all that info tickled your fancy. To me it simply means that there's oil and gas reserves which in the 1940s couldn't be tapped but with modern technology and advances in analytical techniques means that they should be able to pin point and reach those reserves and furthermore that the potential for upside is positive.
