    Unfortunately, I can't make an educated analysis of what I see on their site. Two things stick out a bit. There are a lot of dry holes surrounding the Victory 1 Lease although they are pretty shallow I am sure. Second thing is I would like the south side of the salt dome more for deeper zones, migration from the south I would think. Any chance of drilling into the Strategic Oil Reserve. 100% chance of a huge discovery. Will wait and watch on ICN.
