I'm skeptical it will. Also stop losses don't take into account long term investments and speculative stocks, both of which fit into PZC category.

I don't think PZC is worth touching. One Bollinger band is going Northern Hemisphere the other Souther than south.
Not a great time to buy.

We'll just have to see.
