Not a bad idea when you think of it, would solve a few things.

Still I think ERM will have all their bases covered for fear of the unknown and be prepared.

I doubt if their could be a mass resignation because you cannot have no directors before installing more to replace. You would have to install 1st and then and then resign and as suggested to be then reinstalled I think would cause a riot.

Would it be in the best interest to SHERs.????

Would it be in the COMPANY'S best interest.????

Would it look good in the best interests of the ASX market.???

What of their credibility.???

What to the JV if happened.?????

Its clients.?????

More litigation.????

Would ERM then do a TO.????
