I personally have been thinking the risk of them appointing new directors is a very real risk Slampoil.

I believe it is the real reason why ERM were pressuring for the EGM to be held first.

If it happens then ERM would need to requisition another EGM to remove the newly appointed directors.

Personally you would think it would be better if defeat was taken graciously. We shall see what happens in a little over three weeks time.
