Yeah because their only actual office is in South Africa. It's a South African based company where its only ties to Australia are all their non-executive directors being based here while Derek Hall from Regency is the company secretary who handles all their Australian paperwork.
The rest of their directors are just loaded with options and mostly in the top 20 shareholders.
