Whilst I do not often agree with Smuggler's comments, he has a valid point regarding the capital raising and the AGM - how are investors supposed to make an informed decision and vote appropriately with respect to the 46m shares issued to a company called IKL when we neither know for what purpose nor who they are! Good luck to holders.
