The news at dorado is very different. Pre drill it had only a 30% probability of success and is closer to being a wildcat than an appraisal well.

It was expecting to maybe find gas. So far we got past that low probability and have found a crapload more oil than gas.

Think more broadly and look into what quadrant has been saying and you'll realise a bunch of other prospects just got high graded as a result. Lots of potential value at dorado, and around it too. That's why Woodside has also said they are watching with interest given they hold a neighbouring permit.

In short, you don't find a gold nugget after digging and think great, that's it then go home. It often means there is more out there and the are you're on is probably worth a crapload more.
