You might find that the born and bred Western World hasn't managed 2 adult children per couple for decades................... however, the Western World is squarely in the Cross-Hairs.
The Rest of the World is the Problem .................. and they ain't being slaughtered like the Western World and they haven't stopped population growth.
Growth in population in the Western Word is mainly due to immigration from the Rest of the World.
