Yep I have read buffet' post before, but I was thinking how exactly this work. If you are an investors, in what case you will sell your investment properties just because the high interest rate even the properties are earning good money for you?

Yep, AFG price increased a lot because of the asset sale but now the price drops back again just because many investors notice that the asset sale is helpful but not a not. As we all know, most people watch AFG are also watching CNP.

IMO,CNP will not back to 50 cents by just only asset sale in 2 weeks.

I have read your many posts before, and I think you are a good investor and thanks for your reply and advices.
