As the tech Doubters on this forum, there are about 6 of us....have said...the professed existing product has not performed as it was proclaimed to do.

Now they have some new capital......Tim Gooch sees all that capital and just gets sad......they have new capital, they can pay some bills, find new products to sell...perhaps in a better Integrated Cyber Solution.

They can also find a private complimentary company, with decent revenues, and merge with it, on terms that greatly reprice the 3 Billion shares into a minority position, based on Revenue, which delivers a share redistribution, which may not be a Unicorn, but offers an avenue of appreciated exit.

The new Executive Blood would also be able to make a good case for all this, a public ramp for a Private company willing to build this Bridge.
