Question to ask: How old are the photos? Looks like the plant has just been assembled. There is little sign of any commissioning as evidenced by a lack of conveyor belts etc.
Looks like there is still along way to go. Once fully assembled, there are a few metallurgical hurdles to overcome - the likes of effective screening (clay can be a BUGGER), water supply, and tweaking the DMS to ensure the diamonds aren't lost. During commissioning I would expect to see a few tailings heaps in which tracers (SG similar to Diamond) are lost and found through reprocessing.
