Excellent synopsis of the situation including the reference to hysteria!

I initially screamed a couple of days ago because 1) shareholders not included 2) the price seemed low and ESG had been on a roll and a much better price could have been potentially extracted in a few weeks/months. In addition to that it was apparent that there had been a well orchestrated pump then cap!

On reflection I then stated yesterday that it was a good thing .. for many reasons similar to what you have stated here. Yes if the DOW had crashed further 55 was a good price. As to the fact we could all have bought at 55 .. where it sat for a week or two .. that's true. I do feel still that those that bought at 70+ expecting good news from the laterals to push it higher had some reason to feel "manipulated".

In the end you are perfectly right .. the share price is sitting pretty much where it should be given the dilution, and we have lots of news to look forward to and there is every possibility that the certainty that this funding provides and the presence of institutions on the register and an ASX 200 listing could see the share price move up longer-term more strongly even than it would have minus the raising.
