The board should freeze all salaries, or at least lay off all non essential staff. Tough decisions but have to be done. Senior management should all take a 15% pay cut if it means the company has a longer runway.

DERM's constant delays have also killed this company through over regulation. QLD no longers a great state to do business in and to try to get new and innovative ventures off the ground.

Every other country seems to be getting on the UCG bandwagon but in Australia, we're going backwards.
