Go with the trend, then all you have to do is decide if it's the shirt term or long term trend you want to go with.
IMO, short term trend down, long term trend up. I tend to follow the latter, because I'm crap at picking then intermediate tops and bottoms, and just end up losing stock and never buying it back....!
