How dare the courts stop operations just because it may cause cancer to the people who live in the vicinity of the site! Surely the best interests of small time shareholders and big business must prevail over public safety....
Take a step back people and look at what you people are peeved about. I'm sure you'd feel great if in 2-3yrs the folks did indeed get cancer. Then all the 'experts' on HC could blame everyone and anyone else for the cancers and illnesses.
This is a win for Australia. I'm all for UCG and CSG but after more money is invested finding a less damaging way of doing it.
