By now the market has worked out that these rare earth clays cannot be leached out economically. The tests to determine this are simple, cheap tests and the results would have been available in a few days.
Had the clays been an economic proposition thus would have been big news and would gave been released immediately.
I doubt we will hear anything more about these worthless rare earth clays.
