I don't believe that is the case, but I do believe they (the US) are working at a feverish paste to come up with their own version called CRISLA, it may not be exactly the same as what Silex have and it may not even be as efficient? but at least they will own it, or should I say a US company will, but if that is the case they couldn't really argue the case that we shouldn't be allowed to sell our wares elsewhere, I reckon a good candidate may be Cameco? the Canadians would love to stick it to the Yanks I reckon.
