But if it is? then there should be absolutely no reason why the US could have a hold on what happens to the Silex technology, if they wanted their own laser enrichment process? then fine, but thay can't tell us what to do with ours in my opinion, the reason for all the stalling towards our tech are completely obvious if this is the case!
