800k for a 1 bedroom (60msq) 40 minutes from the city.......what a fkn joke! How is a first home buyer ever gonna afford a house let alone an apartment crap living standards.Only those asian investors whose children attend our universities are buying them.....and probably with illegal money! ie....children of triads or worse!
