Sounds about right.
On the ground, it seems that good properties are probably selling for the same as they were then.
Lesser properties are taking longer to sell and for a bit less.
And vendors with high expectations are not selling at all.
Several in my area have taken them off the market. Missed their chance... but won't sell for less.
