This is a very tidy little project. Mining costs will be uber-competitive. But I'm not sure investors will be wanting to fund Capex. Not with LYC about to go down the gurgler.
They just need a keystone partner who will do a long term off-take agreement for the product and fund the plant. Problem is that no one industrial partner will have a need for the whole basket - so establishing a separate equity venture comprised of a consortium of product users to partner this might be the way to go. I don't know - just trying to perceive a path forward given the state of play in the industry.
