Not saying your wrong HC but the rare earth problems are fundamental.
Get taken over by the chinese and you will probably do alright.
At the end of the day there is access capacity in the space. All folks have to do is read LYC back a couple of months and they will get a pretty good grounding in rare earths.
ARU, basically mothballed, and they have an extremely rich HRE deposit.
ITs an ORPHAN sector i'm afraid, it will take a couple years to wash through, and maybe never.
