My understanding is that Ice 2 is a production well as it needs to produce to measure flow. Dw suggested that extra flow can be trucked to pump 1 and sold into Taps.
The Ice pad being a general service pad is a problem re full commercial production. Be nice if they build an alternative general ice pad for the others and leave the existing pad for 88E
