    company tax is 30%

    not sure what they bought it for originally...probably less than 30 or 40m so 30% on about 360m = 108m .... minus any losses they have accumulated over the years


    leaves them with 250m .... and their other deposit ... current market cap is 200m

    looks good if the deal goes thru at 400m
