yep, I suppose that is a possibility. Noteholders would have to agree to it though, which might be unlikely. Not sure if I would go for it or not unless they were preference shares. Besides, I think the BNBGs have a lot more power than shares in their present form - like the ability to call in administrators with 25% of notes behind it and the inability of BNB to restructure if interest was defaulted upon.
