Yes Sabbath, but in this environment the banks won't trust eachother. They know it has been heavily shorted but they also know that without the cash BSL goes broke. The tide could turn in either direction. Prisoner's dilema says that they may not reach 47 cents before the end.
There is a tight timeframe. A few bad days from Europe and it is game over.
